About Grow With Me
Grow With Me Speech Pathology was developed to provide comprehensive paediatric Speech Pathology services to the Wagga, Lockhart and surrounding communities.
It gives us great satisfaction to service clients, for many of whom therapy and assessment services would typically be out of reach. Services are able to be provided in clinic, in the home, at schools, daycare centres and/or via Telehealth.
At Grow With Me, we work closely with families, teachers, carers and other professionals to ensure the communication needs of our clients are fully met. We collaborate with important people in the client's life to develop and implement therapy goals.
Our aim is to recognise and celebrate that each client is individual and therefore bring a collaborative approach to therapy to ensure clients achieve their greatest potential.

About Bridget
Bridget Palmer is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and the founder of Grow With Me Speech Pathology. Bridget graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Charles Sturt University (Albury) and is a current member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Bridget has experience working with children and young adolescents across a range of practice areas including language, speech, swallowing, fluency and multi modal communication. She sees clients with a range of conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Down syndrome, Developmental Delay, genetic conditions and physical disabilities. She has had the opportunity to work in a range of settings such as home, schools and private clinics. Having grown up in the Lockhart area, she is passionate about working with those in rural areas.
As a mother, Bridget understands and appreciates the difficulties faced by many of our parents and provides an empathetic and supportive approach to empower them in every way possible throughout the therapy process.
Outside of Speech Pathology, Bridget is a mother to two young girls. On the weekends you will find her enjoying the local football, shopping or spending time with her husband Dale and children Milla and Maddison.
